TP316H stainless steel seamless pipe, also known as 1.4919 stainless steel seamless pipe, is an austenitic chromium-nickel-molybdenum stainless tube, in addition with nitrogen and boron.
They are intended for service at temperatures where creep and stress rupture properties are important. 1.4919 stainless steel seamless pipes have a very good resistance to raised temperature. Compared with 316 stainless, 316H stainless has many advantages, such as heat resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance. 316H stainless steel is a higher carbon variant of 316 stainless steel, which makes it more suitable for high temperature environment. The increased carbon content delivers a greater tensile and yield strength.
The austenitic structure of TP316H stainless steel seamless pipe also gives it excellent toughness, even down to cryogenic temperatures. We supply and manufacture 316H pipe with a wide range of size, from 10.0mm to 1219mm. The wall thickness of it ranges from 0.5mm to 100mm. The common length of each pipe is 5.8m, 6.0m, 11.8m, 12m. The maximum length we produce is up to 18m. XINHANG STEEL can produce TP316H pipes in strict accordance with ASTM, EN, JIS, DIN standard to meet clients’ different requirements.
TP316H stainless steel seamless pipe can be cut to size and pipe with polished finish is also available. XINHANG STEEL owns advanced production equipment and testing instruments. We can inspect our seamless pipes with 16 channel ultrasonic testing machine, 8 channel ultrasonic flaw detector, double channel ultrasonic flaw detector, eddy current flaw detector, hydrostatic testing machine, or X-ray detector.

Stainless steel pipes shall be pickled free of scale. When bright annealing is used, pickling is not necessary.
Plain ends cut and deburred will be furnished. If threaded ends or ends beveled for welding are desired, give details.
